How long does delivery take?

Delivery is available across Egypt and takes 5 to 10 days. Many orders arrive sooner.

Can I inspect my order when it arrives?

In Cairo and Giza, before you accept your order you can inspect it and try the piece on. In other governorates, inspection before delivery is not available (shipping company policy).

What is Cazameeza's exchange and return policy?

In Cairo and Giza, if the piece isn't right when you inspect it, you can decline the order and you only pay shipping. After you accept the order, returns are not available. If you need another size, anywhere in Egypt, message us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send the other size; you only pay shipping.

How do I choose the right size?

Sizes are chosen by weight. Check the Cazameeza Size Guide or tap “Not sure about your size?” on the product page, and review the size chart shown for that piece.

How do I know which colors and sizes are currently available?

The selectable options on each product page reflect the current colors and sizes available for that product.

How do I pay?

Pay on delivery — cash, InstaPay or e-wallet — when the courier brings your order.
